    Dr. Rosen grew up in Modesto. Following the completion of local grammar and high school, he attended the University of Pacific in Stockton. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies he transferred to Palmer West Chiropractic College in Sunnyvale, California. He graduated in 1981 with a degree in Doctor of Chiropractic. After being licensed in July 1982, Dr. Rosen started practicing chiropractic and set up a private practice in Modesto in 1983. Dr. Rosen has been married since March of 1984. He and his wife, Terri, have three children: Jessica, Andrew and Nicholas.

    In addition to being a chiropractor in private practice, Dr. Rosen is a nationally renowned speaker on chiropractic philosophy, techniques, procedures and management. He has lectured in fifteen states on these subjects over the years. He is also a State Certified Qualified Medical Examiner, Certified Disability Evaluator, extended faculty member of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, and Diplomat on the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He was appointed Director of Chiropractic Services for Pegasus Risk Management in 1994. He also served for 12 years with a National Chiropractic Managed Care Group in Sacramento, California performing quality review and quality assurance duties.  Dr. Rosen has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate education in diagnosis, technique, treatment, and x-ray examination procedures.  In addition to his private practice Dr. Rosen is also the company chiropractor for numerous area companies, where he treats injured workers, performs second opinions as well as initial evaluations. He also provides excellent job safety presentations.
